Poltergeist

"Poltergeist" is a German term for "noisy spirit".... which is an excellent description for this frightening phenomena.  This kind of paranormal activity has made many victims literally run for their lives, completely abandoning their homes and possessions!
What is even more frightening is that Poltergeist activity is relatively commonplace.  Many normal people in normal situations have experienced it.  Indeed, several popular films and books have been produced on this very subject, giving us a first-hand look at what a terrifying experience it must be for those besieged with Poltergeist activities.
In the scientific world, Poltergeists are generally portrayed as malevolent, disruptive, mischievous, and unusually noisy and unwelcome entities - and rightfully so!  This type of paranormal activity has been reported since Medieval times, and to this day scientists (yes, even scientists acknowledge them)  are debating the causes of Poltergeist activity occurrences.  Characteristic activities may include flying objects, foul odors, loud noises, banging, pounding, unexplained electrical light activities.....and even apparitions.
Independent and anecdotal research have shed some light on this odd phenomena.  The general consensus is that the cause may actually be the result of subconscious psychokinesis.  Psychokinesis is essentially a mind-over-matter situation that is unintentional....and is delivered involuntarily by an entity at the site of the activity.
Research has revealed that many suspected Poltergeist agents are females under the age of 25, who are completely unaware that they are the causing this type of activity.  Emotional problems associated with these individuals have been attributed to poltergeist activity, and include emotions such as anger, anxiety, paranoia,  and schizophrenia.  With psychological help the activities may diminish or even disappear completely with time.

Therefore, it appears that Poltergeist activity is usually, but not always unrelated to hauntings.  Poltergeist activity can occur at any time and can be triggered by a "living" person's trauma, while hauntings are usually associated with entities who are deceased. Poltergeists can be dangerous, both physically and mentally, and often leaving the site of the activity does not make it go away, as the problem persists even with new surroundings.

Telekinesis

Believe it or not, people are able to do a lot of things, it is proven. It is seen. It is not just another trick but something. You will learn that the ability of telekinesis is very natural occurrence and we all have the ability to perform telekinesis it's just a matter of learning the ability. It is primarily a Mind/Brain/Consciousness related phenomenon though certainly its roots are sub-atomic like all manifestations. Some research shows there is a lot of activity in the cortex of the brain in relationship to this.

Telekinesis is essentially the ability to move an object on the physical plane using only psychic power. While some people think that it is an occult practice, this is not strictly so.
I can only give my perspective, but I believe that we are all born with this skill. It is inherent, like walking, talking, breathing. We simply neglect it from day one.
A common theory is that TK works by energy fields (magnetic or electric) or by "waves" of psychic energy, which are actually dense enough to push/repel an object.
Most people's only encounter with TK is accidental- something mysteriously falls over or objects fly around a room, a phenomena often mistaken for a poltergeist when it may actually be a person with spontaneous telekinetic powers.

A Theory on Telekinesis

Every living person has a brain. Obviously. To say anything otherwise would be preposterous. However, we don't use the entire brain, we don't even use the better fraction of it. We also each use different parts more than others.
Some people enjoy art, some enjoy math and numbers, logic, sports, writing, dancing, and collecting... all of these activities use a different part of the brain.
This is like psychic ability. We all use some of our total psychic potential, but far from all of it. Some of us just "know" when something it going to happen, or can predict an outcome better than most people, or get a "sense" of whether a person you just met is of a good or bad character. All of these are uses of the psychic power.

Just like the brain, we can also exercise the parts that lay unused. An artist can learn algebra if they really put their nose to the grindstone. Just the same, you can learn telekinesis with proper training and expanding of your natural psychic abilities.
The only thing that holds you back, is not believing in yourself. Just like the child who says, "I can't do math, it's impossible", the person who says, "I can't use telekinesis, I just don't have the ability" is holding themselves back. They say that you're your own worst critic. Well, stop it! Believe in yourself and the abilities will follow.

Telekinesis is moving things using your mind. If you're going to try telekinesis, you have to be relaxed, clear of thoughts, and you have to be able to concentrate on that object and nothing else. Some people think you should meditate before trying to use telekinesis.
You have to be very dedicated because it can take years to learn, but I think it's worth the wait. Think of your goal in your head, imagining it over and over, thinking of nothing but the object and your goal. Do this for as long as you're comfortable with, and do it daily
After some time you will start to see results. I've found that light things are easier to start with. Some experiments are: Rolling a pen touching it less each time, using a light piece of paper is pretty easy, a toothpick in water, trying to make the fire of a candle lean to one direction, a feather in a bottle, balancing a spoon on the edge of a glass and trying to make the spoon rock off, and last but pretty easy is bending silverware or keys. Bending silverware is a little different. You hold the object of choice in your hand, and you feel the surface as you imagine in your head bending the silverware.
The thing is, you don't "make" it bend, you "let" it bend. Levitation is pretty much a form of telekinesis so use the same method as telekinesis if you want to levitate something or yourself off the ground. Some people think telekinesis has to do with magnetic energy, and some think it's the use of energy.

You must be willing to work hard and keep trying despite multiple failures.  You must be able to relax and clear your mind of clutter.  You must be able to concentrate on one thing for an extended period of time.  You must think of and affirm your goal during all your daily activities.  You must set aside a minimum of 30-60 minutes per day to concentrate solely on your goal, and be prepared to keep this up for a long time.  Essentially, you need extremely strong willpower, perseverance, concentration, and a desire to succeed.  Eliminate words like discouragement and failure from your vocabulary.  You will know if you are on the right track if you feel a bit drained after these exercises - extreme focusing is hard work!
We have had some feedback that indicates that when learning to focus intently, as in the following exercises, it helps to think about the properties of mundane everyday objects as the dynamic, energetic entities that they really are on a molecular level.  Next time you have a moment free at work, look at that paperweight on your desk - or a paperclip or pencil, or whatever is handy.  Pick it up and feel its weight and contour.  As stated earlier, every object resonates at its own frequency.  Try to imagine what note in the octave your object is resonating at.  Is it a high pitch or a low pitch?  It is a middle C or an F-Sharp?  Try to feel the energy emanating from the object on a molecular level.  Do this daily with any object that strikes your fancy, and you will begin to understand the concept of how your energy melds with everyday objects that surround you.  Once you have trained yourself to feel this at a molecular level, all else will become much less difficult.

Becoming One With the Object

Stare at the base of the flame (not at the flame itself, don't get retina burn, and yes, you may blink). Gaze at it, defocus your eyes and enter a meditative state. Watch how the candle dances and moves. Imagine the flame as an extra limb, feel that you are able to move it as easily as your arm or leg. Keep watching, and when you feel it is a part of you, try flexing it. See the flame grow wider, thinner, taller, shorter, flicker, or stand still. Do this for 5-10 minutes, then snuff the candle out.

Bending a Fork, Spoon, or Key
Hold the fork, spoon, or key comfortably in the palm of your hand.  Clear your mind and focus on the feel of the object.   Close your eyes and with the fingertips of the other hand, gently rub the surface of the object.  Note the contours and feel of the object.  Put yourself into the flow of energy in the object.  Feel the molecules and atoms flowing.  Try to become one with the object, and imagine it twisting or bending.  You may feel some warmth emanating from the object.  Keep trying for as long as you can focus with no interference.

Ouija Boards

Warning: People who get scared easily. Please - do not read the following passage.

Of all the stories and reports related to supernatural or paranormal phenomena, the largest number by far originate during use of Ouija Boards. The term "Ouija" is owned by Parker Brothers, who market the board as a game and offer no explanation as to how it works, though one early brochure said it may have to do with inner-consciousness.  Parker is not the only one who markets talking boards, however, and indeed, a workable rendition of this interesting medium can be made at home using ordinary materials.
Talking boards in various forms have been used for thousands of years in attempts to contact spirit entities. During World War II, sales went through the roof as people attempted to communicate with lost friends and relatives.  A poll conducted on teenagers in 1994 indicated that Ouija Boards were second only to Monopoly in board game popularity. Virtually everyone has a personal story about something eerie (and often frightening) happening while in the process of using Ouija Boards, which suggests that this is something a little more complicated than a store-bought board game for entertainment, and that it may even be dangerous when used incorrectly.
This brings us to the darker side of talking boards.  Many noted mediums, including Edgar Cayce, have strongly warned against their use, relating that they receive thousands of letters and communications from hapless people who have apparently become possessed, or have unleashed an unstoppable stream of paranormal occurrences in their surroundings due to board usage.  In 1944, Manly P. Hall, a noted occultist, wrote this chilling portrayal of his experiences with Ouija Board usage:
"During the last 20-25 years I have had considerable personal experience with persons who have complicated their lives through dabbling with the Ouija board. Out of every hundred such cases, at least 95 are worse off for the experience. . . .I know of broken homes, estranged families, and even suicides that can be traced directly to this source..."
Obviously, many of us have used Ouija boards without serious ill effects, but the real problem is that once you pick up that board and start trying to conjure up spirits, the outcome becomes very uncertain.  Ouija boards are a form of channeling, and factors that may have an impact on individuals include mental stability, ingrained belief systems, strength of personality, etc.  Because we do not know what is actually taking possession of that planchette, or how this process really works, we could be opening doorways for the bad entities as well as the good.  For instance, if we pick up a Ouija Board and try to contact Elvis, and we really believe that we are talking to Elvis, we will be much more vulnerable to manipulation and possibly even possession by the entity who has come through that opened doorway - who is very likely not Elvis at all.
As suggested in the Parker Brother's brochure, the mainstream theory regarding use of Ouija boards is that it is the subconscious of one or more of the participants making the planchette move.  This is likely often the case - but not always.  Several tests done by competent researchers have revealed that the planchette moved to spell out words at very high speeds in some sessions during which the participants were blindfolded.  Other indications that it may be something more include many reports of physical changes in the vicinity of the Ouija board usage, such as objects moving, lights flashing, sudden temperature changes, and even the planchette moving by itself.
Although nobody really knows for sure what happens during Ouija Board usage, what seems clear is that when used by stable individuals for the right reasons, Ouija Boards are probably the best medium that exists for making contact with supernatural presences.  Many of our leading mediums and psychics started their careers using this very technique.  Please see the link below for practical tips to help make your Ouija board experience a good one and to help you avoid common and potentially disastrous pitfalls.

Mysterious Places

Our environment is full of magical, mystical, and mysterious places that defy explanation.  There are treasures yet to be found, stone carvings we don't yet understand, and architectural feats to be explained.  Even as we live in what we consider to be the most technologically advanced society in all history, there are currently no air-tight explanations for most of the true wonders of our planet and beyond.  Please consider the items below......
The Great Pyramids of Egypt are the oldest structures on earth, contain compelling evidence of a civilization far more advanced than ours, and most likely existed thousands of years before the great flood.  With their original exteriors, they could probably be seen from the moon.

The Mayan Civilization left behind incredible structures containing precise calculations and prophecies regarding the exact date of end of the world........Do you know that date?

Scientists are currently quietly investigating a site off the western tip of Cuba that some say may be part of the lost city of Atlantis.
We know less about the bottom of our own seas than we do about outer space.
There is a form on the surface of Mars that strongly appears to resemble an Egyptian face carving.  Is there a link?

Meditation

Meditation has been used for centuries for it's proven benefits as far as stress relief, relaxation, personal insight, wisdom, and health benefits. Religion and even science embrace the concept because of the known beneficial mental and physiological changes that occur as a result of regular meditation. Most of us have meditated in some form during our lifetimes, even though we may not have been conscious that we were doing it - maybe before a doctor's appointment, before a big meeting at work, or during some other kind of stressful event.

Modern life is fraught with so much external data input that most of us feel literally overwhelmed at some point or another - or all the time. The paths we should take are unclear, and the prospect of making a wrong decision is frightening. We don't know where to turn for the answers, but ask anyone who is familiar with meditation, and they will immediately give you the answer. "Look within yourself."
Those three words are the essence of meditation.
In this vein, though meditation is not exactly a supernatural phenomena, it absolutely can lead to more awareness and thus, increased psychic abilities. Theoretically, we have everything we need within ourselves, and meditation is just a vehicle with which to bring it out in usable form through our own inner strength and wisdom.
Meditating can be as simple or as complicated as a person wishes to make it. In general, simple is better. If you choose a regimen that takes too much time or becomes a hassle, obviously you won't be inclined to meditate on a regular basis. Don't wait until a more convenient time to start. Do it NOW! Then follow-up every day or even twice a day for the most benefit. Don't worry about whether you are doing it right. Instructions will follow on these pages very soon, but basically sit down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, breathe deeply, concentrate on that breathing, and let your worries leave you every time you exhale. You will be surprised at how rejuvenating this can be after only a short period of time.

Ghosts

Do you believe in Ghosts?

Based on the fact that you are reading this page, we are going to make the brilliant assumption that you do, and therefore skip the theoretical debate as to whether they exist or not.

So what exactly are ghosts?
Well, this question is a little harder. The classic theory is that they are the essence, or spirit, of the deceased. This definition does fit some haunting situations nicely, but definitely fits rather awkwardly into many others. If they are the spirit of the deceased, do they have free wills to do as they please? In many cases, the short answer appears to be NO. Ghostly apparitions are often found mindlessly repeating the same task over and over, as if stuck in a time warp. Such cases definitely do not fit the cut and dried definition of a "ghost" as being the free spirit of the deceased. Battlefield reenactments are classic examples of this.

Another theory is that apparitions are made up of some type of finite "energy". There are many well-documented cases in which they are observed to actually fade out with time, as if their energy is slowly being depleted. For example, a female is seen wearing a royal blue dress, which over time fades to light blue, then to white - finally she is reduced to a wispy figure, and then she is gone, never to be seen again.
There is also a school of thought in which certain places are energy trappers, with buildings, trees, or what have you in just the right configuration for the appearance of apparitions, and these are the places that are known hot spots for ghostly activity.

Although ghosts and apparitions have been reported for thousands of years, surprisingly little information is available with regard to their nature or essence. Ghosts are elusive and unpredictable, and the ways in which they manifest are surprisingly diverse. Contrary to popular belief, most ghostly encounters are not visual, but rather consist of noises, smells, sensations, voices, cold spots, electrical disturbances such as lights switching off or on, and displacement or movement of objects. Much of the available data is anecdotal and is therefore prone to exaggeration, embellishment, and sometimes outright deceit.

So the long answer to "What is a Ghost" is that each individual case has to be judged on it's own merits. In many cases where the apparition seems lucid and thinking, it may be that they are living in another dimension side-by-side with ours, and either they or we are finding the doorway through. In other cases, it may be that some kind of energy has become stuck, possibly because of the configuration of the surroundings or because the spirit is trying to put closure to something important to them. Lastly, in some cases, it may be that the deceased doesn't know they are deceased, or they have something important to contribute before they move on to another plane.
Whether we will all have an opportunity to haunt the earth after death is a question that cannot be answered until we breathe our last breath. It appears, however, that everyone doesn't get this option, or if they do, their energy or essence is so weak that it can't be detected.

Although studies suggest that approximately 1 in 10 of us has the ability to perceive ghosts, those of us who are actively looking for them are apparently the least likely to have a ghostly experience. Children seem more apt to experience manifestations, suggesting that adults develop some kind of blocking mechanism as they mature. Women seem more attuned than men, and it appears that the higher your IQ, the less likely you are to experience ghostly phenomena.
So where does this leave us? Below are five interesting theories to consider regarding the basics of ghostly manifestations......
 Theory #1:

Ghosts are the earthbound souls of the deceased.

This is the most common interpretation when confronted with a visible apparition, and it certainly does fit many hauntings where the apparition is more or less recognizable as someone who is deceased. For most of us, this theory is also comforting, as it hints at a life after the physical body is gone.
One common example of this type of manifestation is when an individual suddenly becomes aware of the death of a loved one through one or more senses. This type of occurrence is often visual, but may just be a sudden "feeling" as if relayed telepathically, or may even come in the form of a vivid dream. Typically, this type of manifestation relays important information to the observer.
We know from science that everything is composed of energy. Our thoughts, feelings, sensations, experiences, and indeed our very souls are all forms of energy. The theory is that when the physical body dies, this energy continues on in some form and can be tapped by living persons sensitive enough to perceive it. Animals seem to be quite sensitive to this type of energy, and many very reliable reports of them avoiding certain rooms, chasing unseen prey, or sitting contently as if being stroked and petted have been recorded throughout history - another indication that this type of phenomena is quite interactive.

Theory #2:

Events are somehow recorded in certain surroundings to be replayed over and over to living people sensitive enough to discern them.

This theory accounts for a lot of our ghost legends and is likely the source for virtually all hauntings that repeat again and again, such as the many "lady in white" sightings and ghostly battle reenactments. These apparitions are often visual, but sounds and smells are common too. The catalyst that starts the recording is usually very emotional or violent, such as a war or a mother losing a child. These apparitions never interact with the observer or acknowledge the presence of the observer in any way. They are reported as walking through walls or just disappearing into thin air, and they do not appear to be conducive to photography, though EVP recordings are occasionally successful.

Although most concur that these types of apparitions do appear to be "recorded" somehow in the surroundings, there is disagreement on how exactly we as observers perceive these recordings. One side postulates that it is something within the observer that sets the recording in motion, and that the recording thus "plays inside our heads." The other side postulates that the recording is being played externally for all to see, but that only those with the right "antenna" can experience it.
Thus, as frightening as this type of manifestation may be, the apparition is not a thinking entity, nor does it have a will or a purpose, and it is no more of a threat to the observer than watching a character on a television show.

Theory #3:

Apparitions are created from some type of naturally-occurring electrical, magnetic, or electromagnetic condition.

Many serious paranormal researchers believe that measurable properties such as electricity or magnetism play a part in why we experience ghostly encounters. Equipment for detecting anomalies in atmospheric, electrical, and magnetic conditions for the purposes of detecting paranormal activity is big business these days.

Many different variations on this theme have been postulated through time, likely originating with the "feelings" reported by observers in the vicinity of paranormal phenomena. Feelings of "magnetism" are often reported, as are sensations that the hair is "standing on end," a common occurrence around fields of high electricity. Temperature fluctuations have become the litmus test for detecting activity, as have vague feelings of the area being "energized" by some unknown process.

Many different theories regarding how naturally-occurring elements may interact to allow for paranormal phenomena have been offered, and include exotic theories ranging from energy emitted from earth ley lines, natural geologic fault lines creating bursts of energy, or some kind of natural vibration or earth harmonic.

One of the few things we do know for sure is that paranormal phenomena is more likely to be experienced at night, and sure enough, there is an scientific explanation for why this may be. In short, the earth is covered by a fluctuating membrane we all know as the atmosphere, which is constantly being bombarded by a strong solar wind from the sun. During the day, this membrane is at its thinnest and densest because it is being directly hit by the solar wind. However, at night, when sheltered from the sun, it expands much farther into space and has much less resistance (see illustration below). This explains why television and radio stations come in better at night, and why you can tune into stations much farther away than is possible during the day.

Therefore, the reason we see more paranormal activity at night is because there is much less resistance to every kind of magnetic and electrical current or force, making it easier for energy-based manifestations to appear. Indeed, the best time to go on ghost hunts is widely believed to be between 9 pm and 3 am, with midnight being optimal. For these same reasons, since ancient times, total eclipses of the sun have been the source of many legends and tales of paranormal occurrences.

Anyone who has ever gone on a ghost hunt has likely realized before too long that ghosts can be annoyingly camera shy, and the explanation for this may very well be related to the above discussion of electricity and magnetism. It stands to reason that if paranormal occurrences are energy-based, the arrival on the scene of man-made energy-based devices may put a kink in the environment needed for the apparition to appear. Even a battery-operated digital camera, voice recorder, or flashlight may put out enough energy to disrupt the natural energy of an area, to the chagrin of ghost hunters everywhere. This might explain why as a whole we are remarkably unsuccessful at capturing verifiable ghosts on film.

Theory #4:

Ghosts are actual beings living in one or more parallel dimensions.

The concept of a parallel universe is a fairly complex one. To put it simply, this theory suggests that there are one or more (perhaps an infinite number) of complete universes co-existing with us on a plane we are generally not aware of. Picture a lot of soap bubbles all floating around in a room. Each soap bubble contains an entire unique universe, and though there are hundreds of bubbles in the air, each is independent of all the others. Occasionally, two bubbles will collide and stick together, creating a passageway between the two universes.

Any type of spectral appearance, sight, sound, or anomaly can fit into the theory of parallel dimensions. Thus, when we see an apparition, especially one seemingly from another time and place, it could be that we getting a rare glimpse into another dimension or reality and we are seeing events develop in that plane of existence.

Interestingly, it is also theorized that each of us even have parallel selves living on different planes in different stages of development and that we may be aware of them at times on a subconscious level. Obviously, this theory is just that - a theory - but it is a particularly tantalizing one, and hopefully we we progress technologically, more scientific light will be shed on this topic. For more information in this same vein, please see Other Dimensions.

Theory #5:

Ghosts exist only as figments of our imaginations.

This theory can be made to apply to every kind of paranormal manifestation there is, and in some cases, it is probably at least in part correct. Medical studies have proven that when certain parts of the brain are stimulated, various perceptions are disturbed, such as visual, auditory, and tactile functions. Various external stimuli such as very low frequency sound waves and high fields of electricity can cause hallucinatory experiences that for the subject are indistinguishable from reality.

Indeed, schizophrenics often relate seeing, hearing, and even talking to very real entities that nobody else can see or hear, but medical science thus far has not found the cause for this. Are they really seeing things that nobody else can see or hear? The consensus seems to be no - it is "all in their heads" due to an unknown short circuit in the make-up of their brains, but nobody really knows for sure. Further study in this particular type of mental disorder may eventually shed light on some areas of the paranormal. However, there are still a lot of questions left unanswered by this theory, such as when more than one person sees the same phenomena. Skeptics use the term "mass hysteria" for situations like this, but nobody has offered an explanation for the core catalyst causing many brains to suddenly go haywire.

Nothing is impossible...

This world we live in is amazing, it is huge. Even after living a lot of years on it, we have not discovered it all, we hav'nt even discovered a few of it. There are amazing things and wonders that happen each second somewhere. Some we tend to believe, others we ca'nt.

A human being can do so much more. Albert Eienstien was not so good at studies at an early age but he came out to be a genious. Why? Because he, believed in himself. He believed that anything was possible.

In our scientifically-oriented society, many tend to dismiss the strange and often spiritual phenomena that occur virtually every day somewhere on the planet. Admittedly, the unknown can be quite frightening, but dismissing it outright definitely does not make it disappear. The fact remains that we are spiritual beings, and nobody can dispute the assertion that there are ways to come by knowledge and experience without the rigors of scientific research. Meditation is a classic example, to name just one. Unexplainable things also happen every day to normal, intelligent people - they see things, hear things, feel presences, observe phenomena, move objects without touching them, and even sometimes become aware of what the future holds. None of these things can be explained scientifically, but there is a huge amount of anecdotal evidence that suggests that there is indeed some basis of truth to many of the stories, even some that are quite bizarre at first glance.

Nothing is impossible...Things you never knew or never herd of may be existing in the world we live in......maybe you are the one who is going to invent or discover something in the future....

Mysterious Dimensions

The idea of another dimension - or MORE than one other dimension - has been theorized for many years, and is a cornerstone of many religions. Indeed, even Albert Einstein speculated about the possibility of the existence of a parallel universe. A scientific article entitled "The Universe's Unseen Dimensions," released in August, 2000, postulates that we may actually have scientific proof of other dimensions within the next 10 years! Proof such as this will not only rock the scientific community, but will undoubtedly also shed new light on many currently unexplainable paranormal events.

Psychics and paranormal researchers have long suspected one or more parallel universes, and have often speculated that there may be doorways or "portals" in certain areas that allow entities to travel into our dimension. These entities may be spirits, demons, extraterrestrials, or something we have never even imagined. Well-known hauntings, that persist over long time spans, are likely candidates as portals - as opposed to sites that have been the location of an isolated or otherwise unconnected violent death or tragic accident to which the haunting can be fairly easily traced. Many old Indian burial grounds seem to act as portals, for reasons unknown, other than the Indians consciously located their burial grounds in places that they felt were close to the after-death realm. How they determined which sites fit this criteria is lost knowledge, but a disproportionate number of these "sacred burial grounds" are known hotspots for paranormal activity. Other non-Indian cemeteries are also suspected portal sites, probably for the same reasons - either consciously or unconsciously, the site chosen for the burials was already the site of a portal.

It appears that portals are at fixed places all over the world, and that they don't move or drift from place to place. Whether new portals open up from time to time is unclear, but this definitely warrants further study. Controlled studies done around suspected portals have revealed that there are definite temperature fluctuations in the vicinity of the site. Photographs taken at suspected sites often produce amazing results, and reveal mists, orbs, light streaks, figures, and even saucer-shaped objects - all of which are unseen by the bystanders at the scene, though many do report feeling cold chills. People who are more sensitive report that they get a feeling of "magnetism" at suspected portal sites, and often report that they sense large numbers of entities passing back and forth - which is unusual in an ordinary haunting.

One might wonder why we, as humans, don't seem to be able to pass through these doorways into other dimensions. It appears that the reason is that we are hindered by our physical bodies. However, in meditation or an astral projection situation, it does seem that we may have the capabilities to pass through and explore these realms.

Telepathy

Telepathy is exploring someone's thoughts. You can also send to them through telepathy. Like, pick a letter and have a friend that you will be sending to, have them receive. Imagine you are linking to them, to their thoughts (sender). When you feel you are linked, clear your mind except for the letter.
Picture the letter in your mind in different colour, size, and fonts. Think the word as you do this. The receiver must clear their minds and must be open to all thoughts they receive or think they receive. Do not have the receiver say the letter until they think they absolutely know what it is.
The best way I've found to practise telepathy is to still the mind first. This is best done, by focusing on an object and following the breath till the mind is still. If you find your thoughts intruding while doing this just release the thoughts with the breath as they rise.
telekinesis
Now you will learn what makes telepathy and telekinesis possible on the left side of the brain. Just left of the crown chakra there is a channel that extends into the prefrontal lobes and minds eye. As you open the channel you also begin to awaken the etheric mind chakra just above the head to the right side of the head.
Now once the mind is still I focus on sending the thought in this channel and sending through the pre frontal lobes out into the etheric plain.

Now this might seem odd to you. But I would like to point out that around all physical matter we find etheric matter. Which would indicate that telepathy much like telekinesis is in fact etheric in nature.
However on the right side we find the opposing channel just right of the crown chakra. I've found in my conclusions that this channel is linked with telekinesis and the etheric body or casual body chakra as it is also known. Located on the left side just above the head

Mental telepathy is defined as "Communication through means other than the senses, or thought transference." This is a rather dry way of putting it, but is an accurate definition nonetheless. Solid proof as to whether telepathy is even a valid phenomenon has been extremely elusive over time, despite continuing efforts. Most evidence is anecdotal and therefore not accepted scientifically.

Having said that, most of us have had a telepathic experience at some point whether we realized it or not. Lots of things happen in life that we attribute to coincidence or chance that may actually be telepathic manifestations. Just because we can't prove it at this time, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There are many things related to the mind, thought processes, and spirit that we still know little or nothing about. We know that thoughts are a type of energy, but we don't know much about how that energy originates or how it is dispersed. It could be that we are tapping into the theorized global consciousness, with our thoughts going out into a network to finally make their way to their destination, much like the phone network. Or it could be that we can actually focus thoughts like a laser beam at a particular receptive individual, whether they are aware of the process or not.
Anecdotal evidence of telepathy is really quite overwhelming, even if we can't come up with a repeatable scientific test to confirm it. The mother who is instantly aware that her daughter has had an accident, the person who thought about someone they haven't seen in years, then runs across that very person in a supermarket the next day, the strong feeling that the phone is about to ring, and then it does - all of these are likely manifestations of telepathy. As human beings, we are interconnected in ways that we don't fully understand, and therefore, it stands to reason that telepathy is as natural as breathing, but is for the most part stifled in our modern world with all it's distractions.
In my research for this topic, I encountered conflicting theories on how far we can actually go telepathically. It's pretty clear that we can wittingly or unwittingly transmit or receive messages, especially in times of stress or crisis. But can we influence that actions of others by thought transference alone? Hard to say but I think those with a strong motivation probably can. More on that in a moment.
It took me a long time to put this page together because in my research I kept getting sidetracked with different aspects of telepathy, and it took some time to sort it all out. One of the most interesting is the theory that we can telepathically communicate with our pets - especially dogs. We know pretty much zero about how our pets think, but for dogs in particular, we already know that they are very attuned to us. Mine are young dogs - under 2 years old, and have been taught the basics, like sit, lay down, etc. On and off as they have come up to me, I have sat in my chair and looked at them and thought "SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT." You might not believe me, but in every case, those dogs plop right down before a minute is even up. I suppose it's possible that they are getting some kind of non-telepathic cue from me, but it appears (at least with my dogs) that a mental command to sit is pretty much as good as a verbal one. I encourage all who have dogs to try this. It's absolutely amazing.
Now, back to whether we can influence other people by thought alone. In my experience, the answer is yes, to a point. I don't think you can will someone to commit murder or jump off a cliff telepathically, but I do believe strongly that you can influence someone to think about you and possibly call or come by if you feel strongly that you want to see them. This would obviously have to be someone you had a fairly close emotional relationship with at some point in time, like a sister, brother, a close friend. It takes persistence and concentration, but not an enormous amount of energy such as what it would take to bend a spoon telekinetically. Just think of them often and concentrate on them. If you pass near their house in your car, call out their name. Visualize their face and call their name as you go to sleep at night and say Call Me! Imagine that your thoughts are a laser beam and point them in the direction of their house. Do this consistently and don't be surprised when the phone rings or they knock on your door within a month or so. Again, try this. If you are serious and persistent, it should work for you. One word of caution, though - be careful what you ask for.

 How to learn telepathy

Telepathy is a basic skill possessed by all humans, whether they know it or not. Why? Because we are spirits, not bodies. We existed in the spirit world as spirits, usually before we went into a body somewhere between conception and birth. How do spirits communicate with each other? Why, by telepathy of course!

However, many people's telepathic ability have atrophied for a number of reasons, including lack of use and being told that telepathy isn't real.

Learning telepathic transmission

This an entry level exercise the easiest you can do, it consist to send love to someone else.

Lie or sit comfortably, close your eyes and imagine a bright violet sphere of violet light on top of your head this one symbolize your crown chakra which hold your energy of wisdom, now focus on the center of your chest and imagine a bright pink light which hold your love-energy.

Imagine a flow of violet light coming from your crown chakra to your heart chakra, this make your heart energy wiser because without wisdom your heart is sentimental and irrational, make the light of heart reach your crown chakra because without heart energy your crown
chakra is cold and distant, play with this until you have a good feeling of it to finish imagine a stream of light coming from your heart chakra to the heart chakra of someone you have
chosen. Do it for a couple of minutes, you know when the other person has received your telepathic transmission by the way you feel, if you are feeling better and happier and it is an excellent sign that your message has been received in certain rare case, you might feel drained and frustrated it happens when you send love to someone who has closed his heart to you.

This exercise will show you that telepathy is real, and improve your abilities. A key to telepathy is to "Be present". That is, be "here" and be "now". Still your mind. Do not think of any other place. Do not think of the past or the future. This is the hardest part of telepathy. Sit down with another person. Have seven different colored pencils between you. Choose one person to "send" and the other to "receive". The person who sends chooses a color in their mind. They then 'send' this color to the mind of the other person. Once they have started to do that, they say "start". The person who is receiving then looks into the other person's mind to see what they are sending. They say one color, for example "blue". The sender then says one of two things. If they were sending blue, they say "yes", and then choose another (or the same color) and says "start" and send again. If they were not sending blue they say "no" (nothing else) and the receiver keeps working to get the color. Do this for five to ten minutes. Then switch sides. Then take a break. This can be very exhausting. Only do a little at a time until you are used to it. Most people tend to be better at either sending or receiving. If you do this with children particularly, you may be surprised how quickly they come to the right answer.

After you have mastered this exercise, you can progress to harder and harder exercises, such as

1) Do it with other people (telepathy is easier to do with people you are close to and that you practice with)
2) Do it with more colors, then numbers, then objects in the room, then any word, then sentence.
3) Do it with a door between you
4) Do it over the phone

Later, whenever you get a thought, and someone acts on that thought, for example, you think of a person and they ring you, the trick is to discover, who had the thought first? Did you think of it and send it? Or did you think of it and they picked it up? Or the other way around?

You can also practice telepathy with animals. Animals and children are very telepathic. I have been told by different people that many circus horses and dolphins are trained by telepathy.

I may sound stupid but it is true

Magic Happens

I’ve always believed in the beauty of a great journey – discovering new places, seeking life experiences, fostering relationships and pursuing my dreams. In fact, it’s all I’ve ever really wanted to do. I just want to believe in something that’s worth believing in and then pursue it with every facet of my being.
Such journeys, I’ve found, are best when we share them with others who, like me, are ‘crazy’ enough to assume that our wildest dreams are just a brief distance away from reality. These are the folks who realize that ‘impossible’ is simply a mindset – something we get when we haven’t trained our minds and our hearts to see past the systems that currently exist to ones that don’t yet exist. Because when our minds and our hearts and our hands work together, magic happens.
Fear

And only one thing has ever prevented me from making this magic happen more often. Fear. Being afraid of what others might think. Afraid of the repercussions of putting my crazy ideas out there for the world to see and judge. Afraid to let go of my comfort zone and just go for it. Because… What if I fail? What if… What if…
Now, in most situations, fear no longer stands in my way. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It most certainly does. I’ve just learned to curb my fears and adapt to change a bit more proficiently than I used to. But I still feel the nerves of fear sneak up on me. And the more important something or someone is to me, the more nervous I get, the more I stumble over my words, and the more I sound like an incoherent fool.
A few years ago when I began talking to my friends and family about my goal to write and start the blog that would eventually become Marc and Angel Hack Life, I mostly got half smiles, nods, and quizzical facial reactions. And when I tried to say anything meaningful to Angel when we first met back in September of 2000, she would often laugh at me because she literally found herself trying to decode my jumbled, shaky sentences.

Clarity

One of the most remarkable things about our lives is that clarity and progression occur with enduring love, passion, and patience. This blog is now an easy topic for me to talk about… and now, it’s even easy for others to talk about, including my friends and family. And although it may take her a second or two, Angel now gets the gist of my jumbled, shaky sentences almost immediately.
And that makes me smile. Because I want to continue to evolve and grow with the people and dreams that inspire me. After all, I only have one shot – like we all do – to make this life meaningful. And I know for sure, after coping with my fears on numerous journeys, that I would rather sound stupid…

20 Questions To Ask Yourself Every Sunday

At the cusp of new beginnings many of us take time to reflect on our lives by looking back over the past and ahead into the future. We ponder the successes, failures and standout events that are slowly scripting our life’s story. This process of self reflection helps maintain a conscious awareness of where we’ve been and where we intend to go. It is pertinent to the organization and preservation of our dreams, goals and desires.
If you would like to maximize the benefits of self reflection, I have 20 questions for you. These questions should be reviewed every Sunday morning or sometime during the weekend when you have some quiet time to think. Remember, reflection is the key to progression.
1.What did I learn last week? – If you have trouble answering this question, it’s time for a change. It doesn’t matter how old you are, you should learn something new every week.

2.What was my greatest accomplishment over the past week? – Reflecting on your accomplishments is a healthy way to raise self confidence and contentment. It’s also an effective way to track your progress.

3.Which moment from last week was the most memorable and why? – It may open up your mind to new passions and goals, or simple pastimes worth revisiting.

4.What’s the #1 thing I need to accomplish this week? – Everything else is secondary, and should be treated as such. Nevertheless, this question will also shine light on other noteworthy tasks.

5.What can I do right now to make the week less stressful? – Set reminders in your calendar, get your laundry done, fill the car with gas… organize yourself.

6.What have I struggled with in the past that might also affect the upcoming week? – The idea here is to learn from your struggles and better equip yourself for future encounters.

7.What was last week’s biggest time sink? – Steer clear of this in the future. Setup physical barriers against distractions if you have to.

8.Am I carrying any excess baggage into the week that can be dropped? – Physical clutter, mental clutter… eliminate the unnecessary so the necessary may shine bright.

9.What have I been avoiding that needs to get done? – Pencil in a time to get these things done. For any 2-minute or less tasks, consider scheduling them first thing Monday morning.

10.What opportunities are still on the table? – If it’s still available and you want it, make a concrete plan to go after it this week.

11.Is there anyone I’ve been meaning to talk to? – Regular communication can solve problems before they fester. Always keep an open line of communication to those around you.

12.Is there anyone that deserves a big ‘Thank You’? – Take time each week to thank the people who have helped you. Your kind gesture will not go unnoticed.

13.How can I help someone else this coming week? – The easiest way to get what you want is to help others get what they want. If you help them, they will remember you when you need help.

14.What are my top 3 goals for the next 3 years? – You’ll never make any progress in life if you don’t setup realistic goals for yourself.

15.Have any of my recent actions moved me closer to my goals? – If the answer is no, something needs to change.

16.What’s the next step for each goal? – Knowing the next step is the key to accomplishing the whole.

17.What am I looking forward to during the upcoming week? – The answer can act as a great source of motivation. If nothing exists, schedule something to look forward to.

18.What are my fears? – Consciously address your fears each week and slowly work on resolving them. It’s all about taking baby steps.

19.What am I most grateful for? – It’s a smart way to keep things in perspective, and something you should never lose sight of.

20.If I knew I only had one week to live, who would I spend my time with? – Another helpful reminder… Life is short. Spend more time with the people you care about.

Take 30 minutes every Sunday and give yourself the gift of self reflection. It has worked wonders for me, and I am confident it will do the same for you.
